Service Pack Installation
In order to install the service pack, the user must already have DataLine installed on the computer. DataLine version 1.0.0, 1.1.0, 1.2.0, 1.3.0, 1.4.0, 1.5.0, 1.5.1, 1.6, 1.7.0, 1.8.0
All Users
All Users If DataLine version 1.0.0, 1.1.0, 1.2.0, 1.3.0, 1.4.0, 1.5.0, 1.5.1, 1.6, 1.7 is not already installed, the following screen is displayed. Click “OK” and the installation will abort. If a previous version of DataLine is installed, the following Welcome screen is displayed to begin setup of the application. Click “Next” to display the following Start Installation screen. Click “Next” to start the installation of the application.
For Windows XP and Vista (32bit) Users Following message informing the user that the CCN Level II Communications Port has not passed Windows Logo test will be displayed. Click ‘Continue Anyway’ button. This message is repeated again. Again click ‘Continue Anyway’ button. NOTE: If association does not exist between the DCX file and any application, the following DCX File Registry screen is displayed before the Installation Complete screen. The user is alerted and asked if they want to automatically create the association. Click “Yes” to create the association. While the service pack is installing, the following Installing screen is launched. When DataLine has successfully installed, the following Installation Complete screen is launched. Click “Finish” to the complete service pack installation. After the installation is complete, the following screen appears. In order for DataLine to operate properly, it is recommended that the user restart the computer. Click “OK” to restart the computer.
